Returns & Refunds
We stand behind every jar we send out. If your order arrives damaged, or if you have a genuine quality concern, write to us within 7 days of delivery at orders@payodharafoods.com.
What is Eligible
- Damaged or leaked packaging
- Items that taste rancid, spoiled, or otherwise compromised
- Wrong items shipped
What is Not Eligible
- Opened or partially-used food items (hygiene reasons)
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Personal preference - if you didn't like the taste, we'd love your feedback, but cannot offer refunds
Refund Timeline
Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method. COD orders are refunded via bank transfer.
